Our inspectors are thoroughly trained, highly qualified professionals who furnish a factual assessment of the current condition of the home. We have proudly performed thousands of inspections throughout Southeast Michigan. All inspections are performed to meet or exceed the standards set by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
We give an unbiased, objective evaluation of the home you have chosen. We work for the client only. We do not give repair estimates or perform any repairs.

HOME INSPECTION SERVICES
Approved Home Inspections, Inc has delivered outstanding full-service home inspections and testing services in Southeast Michigan since 2002. We deliver professional home inspection reports that are well written, with digital photos, detailed, typically 45 to 65 pages, interactive, PDF file delivered to a private web link. We are thorough in our inspection, provide top quality custom report and are capable of performing any ancillary testing if needed, saving you time and money.
Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. The EPA estimates that radon causes about 21,000 of cancer deaths in the U.S. each year. The EPA recommends that if you are buying or selling your home, have it tested for radon, and fix homes with radon levels of 4 picoCuries per liter (pCi/L) or higher.
Lead Paint Testing
Lead is a toxic metal that was used for many years in products found in and around our homes. Lead may cause a range of health effects, from behavioral problems and learning disabilities, to seizures and death. Homes or apartments built before 1978, now required to disclose known lead hazards. If you suspect that lead-based paint has been used in your home or if you plan to remodel or renovate, get your home tested. Do not attempt to remove lead paint yourself.
